Styretavla AS (organisation number 920 853 811, Bogstadveien 27B, 0355 Oslo, Norway) is the controller for the personal data processed on lastmileads.com. LastMileAds is provided by Styretavla AS. If you have questions, write to hi@lastmileads.com.

This policy covers the website and our contact with you as an advertiser or potential advertiser.

When you contact us

When you ask for access or an offer, we receive what you write in the form: email address, name, company, mobile number and where you want to reach people. We receive the email address from the first step at the top of the page right away, so we can get in touch even if you don't finish. We also note which language and page you used, and which page you came from.

We use the information to reply to you, set up your account, make you an offer and follow up on your request. The legal basis is that you asked for it before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in following up requests (Article 6(1)(f)).

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics and measure how fast the pages load with Vercel Speed Insights. Neither sets cookies, stores anything in your browser or links the visit to you. When a form has reached us, we count that too – which form, not what you wrote. The website uses no cookies.

Who helps us

We don't sell information or share it with others unless the law requires it. These providers process information for us, under contract and only for our purposes:

• Vercel Inc. runs the website, the visitor statistics and the speed measurement. The forms are received on Vercel's servers in Stockholm. Vercel keeps technical logs, such as IP address and time, for a short time for operations and security. Vercel is based in the USA and follows the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Mailgun (Sinch) sends the forms to us as email, from its servers in the EU.
• Our email provider keeps the email with your request.

How long we keep the information

We keep requests for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed. If you become a customer, our agreement applies. Accounting records are kept for as long as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also ask us to restrict the processing, object to it and receive the information. Write to hi@lastmileads.com, and we'll reply as soon as we can, and within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process personal data in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
